Registration Categories
Categories (A), (B) and (C) registration fees include technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee-breaks and conference dinner.
Category (D) registration fee, for which documented proof is required (i.e. copy of valid student ID card) when submitting the copy of his/her payment, includes technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM only, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffee-breaks.
Category (E) registration fee includes welcome cocktail, conference dinner, and one tour of Prague.
Registration Deadlines
Early Registration on or before 29th May 2009.
Late Registration after 29th May 2009.
All Presenting Authors must be registered until 10th June 2009 (registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat by this date)
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the ESREL 2009 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 1th August 2009. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
